  • RIP Grant Imahara

This one really kicked me in the teeth this morning.

Best known for Mythbusters, but he had a great career in film making (ILM), fun geek stuff like Battlebots and the movie nerd community in general. By all accounts, a genuinely good person that brought a lot of joy and enthusiasm to the people around him and the people he inspired.

Saw it last night right before bed. I grew up with him on Myth Busters, and my kid liked White Rabbit. I had no idea we'd all gotten so old. RIP Grant.

I dunno man, he was only 49 years old. Such a pity.

I think it's better than the alternative! If it makes you feel any better next month will be the 25th anniversary of the OBD2 legislation from our good friends at the EPA and Bill Clinton. https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/...f/95-18867.pdf

That's a real bummer. I figure we're playing with house money on anything north of 40.

Unfortunately, I think you’re on to something there.
