Looks like at the SAME time, he is talking about raising the semi auto rifle purchase age to 21 similar to pistols. And sponsoring arming teachers, who want to be.

I don't care about the bump stock. I care about ban-creep it will lead to. I care about wording about items that can allow the shooter to shoot faster (ie. triggers). It will lead to any item on the rifle that someone can argue enables the shooter speed.
