Default 1993 mustang sunroof rust

Recently bought a 93 GT at a decent price that I couldn't pass up, with several issues. I took off the headliner because it leaked and wanted a closer view of the problem. On one corner, it does have rust. This problem is the first I want to take care of. Can this be fixed without getting another roof skin? And last, can anyone refer me to someone who might be able to help? I stay in the grand prairie area. Thanks in advance.

That should be repairable, send a message to Shaggin Wagon on here (Greg), he runs a Ford body shop and always shoots straight.
