I sanded mine with 2000 grit then used Plastic spray paint. Plus a new sticker kit.

Where do you get a good quality plastic spray paint? What brands?

Krylon Fusion is the only paint specifically for plastics Im aware of. If the plastics are just looking a bit faded then I would try taking a torch and lightly going over them and seeing if that helps any.

You could also do a vinyl wrap.

I don't know about atv plastics, but for bikes they are cheap. I would look into replacing them if you havent already. I've never seen a Dirtbike or atv that had the plastics painted that looked good for long.

do a search for "refinish restorer" and find the chevy avalanche before after pics thread. that stuff is amazing. pricey and hard to find, but one bottle lasts forever. it makes any plastic look better than new. great for jeeps too.
