Last IRA related bombing was in 2001. Time has evidently forgiven them for a 30+ year stretch of bombings across the UK.

Technically Al Queda has not hijacked any airplanes and flown them into US buildings since 2001, so they meet that criteria as well.

Guess they just need a little more time to be forgiven.
