Well, the price of a hotel in Midland has definitely decoupled from Forrest's "Raptor Index."
A couple weeks ago it was $250 out here, which happens in good times ($99 in bad times, but I don't remember seeing it this high even back in 2011.

they could have at least drilled some holes in the glass and run the cables down the intake valley
