I got an older HP z420 pc connected to a tv for streaming movies, etc. My current HDMI Nvidia video card only goes to 1920x1080. I recently got a new Samsung 4K UHD tv that supports up to 3840 x 2160 resolution.
In shopping for a replacement video card I want adequate but not overspend. I prefer Nvidia chip cards from past experience. Can it be done on a $150-200 budget?? Got any video card advice? |

I like that one of their selling points is that it's "Absolute Silent".
Really? That's new to me. I've never known heat sinks to make any noise. |
