Satan is convinced God exists, accepts the Bible as factual, thinks God's plan is a bad one, and is not going (back to) Heaven.

Thus, believing God exists is not enough, because Satan obviously believes God exists. Rather, one must accept Jesus as their Saviour in order to enter the New Kingdom of God after they die.

Bad analogy. Satan wasn't cast out for disagreeing with god. Satan was cast out for making a play for the throne. Also, if the Book of Job is to be believed, Satan still has some access to god and heaven, and the argument between them appears to be ongoing.
