So I am about to purchase another suppressor and am curious if I should go the trust route. At this time, I only have 1 suppressor and 1 SBR. Both of those were registered in my name as I did not have a trust set up. What are the expert opinions here?
1. Do I set up a trust before I buy a new suppressor or just register it by name?
2. What are the benefits of having a trust?
3. Can/should I transfer over my other two NFA items to a trust if I set one up?
I know I could google all this, but figured I'd get the cliffs notes version here. Thanks!
