Rebalanced a bit to give me money for opportunistic buying after turnout numbers start getting reported in the next hour or so. Also, Took a little money off the risk of an outright win. I still hope it will, but the rational side of me can't quite reconcile it.

Used to hear it with some regularity when I worked for my mothers CPA practice. Currently, the Obamacare laws are a huge suppressor of small business growth and lots of them are capped because of the regulations placed upon them regarding employment numbers.
