After all the framing was done we wrapped our house in zip board, then attached the metal to it. Since it was sprayed foamed it will me a ton easier to replace the panels in the future and it adds a layer or sound deadner, more structure etc.

        Love a good SHOUSE.

It definitely saves money compared to doing s stick built home that size and a nice separate shop equivalent to what you're getting on this build. That yote fox is going to have s nice home

Is that type of framing cheaper than I beams and C pearling?

Are you going to have concrete poured in front of the garage, or are you just going to do gravel or similar?

Looking good. I wonder what brick would cost going up about 4' all the way around the exterior.

I think the wife and I are going to go land/barndamonium shopping in November to get an idea on location/prices.

I can't speak to the $$$ in additional concrete for brick ledge, however, I am currently paying $420-430/1000 for brick labor. The problem with building anything right now that uses "residential" trade labor, is that labor rates have SKYROCKETED over the last year and a half.

It's pretty expensive, got a quote just for the patio part which is 50ft long, $2000
