how much to get a tire/inner tube mounted/balanced?

i am ordering an avon venom from denniskirk and can take the front wheel off myself. i have a friend that works for HD and he said if i take the wheel up there he can get it done for a 1/2 hr labor price.

what you guys think?

If a shop charges you full price it'll be right around $30 per wheel/tire. A fucking rip-off considering what it costs to have a tire mounted and balanced on a car.
