No one should be under any illusion, what just occured is unadulterated pure tyranny. The government just officially took the position that they can take your money against your will, you have no say in it.

This could at least help Romney out, if he uses it correctly. Add to his platform that he will repeal the act if he is elected into office.

Whether or not he will actually do it...well...that's a flip of the coin.

This ruling is just another one in a long line of idiocy from the federal government and the supreme court.

Now that Obama has been vindicated, he will be re-elected. And the next four years will make the last four years look like a cake-walk.

Uncle Sugar: Bend over. I'm not gonna lie; this is gonna hurt.

...and four years from now we'll still be right here, pissing and moaning.

The terrible part is Justice Kennedy said if Roberts had gone the other way they would have repealed Obamacare in it's entirety. That just kills me.

They can't actually force you to purchase it, but they can tax you for not having it.

                              I am blown away.

The penalty is more than the insurance, so yes essentially they can force you to purchase it. The days of deciding not to purchase health insurance are gone, you no longer have the freedom to save money. And it gets better. Anyone with a preexisting condition has to be covered, so any homeless drunk worthless fuck is guaranteed insurance and you have to pay for him, you don't have the option not to. Socialism my friend, here is your "change."
