Anyone ever ride it? Out by Amarillo, just south east of there. A friend who lives out there said its pretty cool, but he rides slow. Just seeing if there's any experience here in the brain-trust.

I know Jose has camped out there multiple times, maybe he'll chime in.

My girl went to WT and we hiked the canyon quite a bit. It is really nice but ankle support is a must because it is a rough hike. Haven't had a dirt bike in years; I can imagine that writing in that canyon would be a lot of fun
Magnus, I am your father. You need to ask your mother about a man named Calvin Klein.

Only hiked and camped, but it's pretty gorgeous.

Been wanting to check out Palo Duro Canyon for years but never made it out there as of yet. I'd prolly take the 690 Enduro for that ride...it is a blast to ride on.

There was no sarcasm in my post! I meant it.

I think I'm going to head out that way in a month or three.

As someone who lives in Amarillo. Palo Duro Canyon is pretty fun. Mini Grand Canyon-Ish. If you ride up from DFW. Turn off at Claude and go south to the “crossing”. There is an great ride side park overlooking the back side of the canyon. You will come out down by Tulia and then you can make the trip back up to the Palo Duro Canyon entrance.

Watch out for rattlesnakes this time of year. Nice hikes, good views, but this time of year horny snakes are out.
