James stays swamped. Even working late into the evening/past midnight on my car, he is always going from one dyno and car to another.

Right now, I expect him to be buried with work also getting himself and others ready for Drag Week.

I am needing him to finish the tune on mine, now that it has a better clutch. And I am fully expecting my trip home next to fall into a time when he will be on the Drag Week cruise or at least getting ready for it.
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

I understand he stays swamped and from what ive seen/heard he does good work. Just saying people's only complaint being he wont return a call for a week or more sometimes. I work 2 jobs (84 hrs a week at one job and i didn't leave my shop till after 1am last night) and i can still answer the phone or at least call people back. This is irrelevant if he doesn't do OBD1 anyways....

It seems most shops get very mixed reviews.

I personally had a great experience with Gearheads, but that's not exactly close to Denton. I also have heard very good things about Andy @ Prime Tuning.

                .

Man I know it. The place that I have "free" lifetime tunes with wasn't bad for the first few year, but lately the customer service has been subpar. It's starting to feel like a Jack In The Box at midnight.
I'd give the name but it'd just get thrown into the pile of mixed reviews.

Jon Lund has a fantastic tune for the SCT.
Have his in my 09 GT500 and it's solid.

Mines too old it appears. (OBD1)
Even if there was a mail order tune available I don't want one. I'd rather have someone looking at what the motor is doing and making adjustments from there vs an educated guess. I don't have a wide band so the only way I'd know if the tune was better or worse would be by smell.

Doesn't HPP still do fox cars? Or is that who you were using.

Limiting factors: Stock 4 cat h-pipe, fuel pump giving up at 5,800rpm, no BAP or wire upgrade, and soft belt tensioner. However, the car runs great in all aspects. Stock like drivability. Thanks Andy for the great tune.

Does he know anything about engines or just fuel trims?
