    I didn't click through the thread but is this ready to eat as soon as its done or do you still want to throw it on the grill or in a pan? I'm just now looking on google...

        Looked into it some more last night. Seems like a pretty cool deal. There were some people using torch like deals to sear their meat as well. Might make for some fun if you could do it without getting that burnt taste.

                Just got a Searzall and hot damn....it's worth it. Brush on a little butter and you get a great crust. Just make sure to set it up properly.
