Decent 30 gallon air compressor?

My pep boys $120 30 gallon air compressor finally died. Lasted longer than I thought it was going to. Got it 5 years ago and I've used it more than plenty. Wanted to see if you guys knew of one that was just the bees knees or something. Needs to be:

30 gallon (maybe 40 if its what you'd recommend)

On wheels so I can roll it into the house if needed

Not too awful expensive. Those fancy $800+ ones are too much for this purchase

Brand new. For something like this, I'd prefer new. No telling if they ever changed the oil, or how many hours its got on it. Don't really want to be looking for another one in 6 months.

I bought one at sears for like 250 and has lasted well over 5 years

Lowe's has a nice belt driven kobalt about that size. 110v. About $400, but it's quite and will last longer than 5 years. My little brother uses it to run several nail guns at once building mini barns. He uses more in a year than most would in ten.
