Fox core support replacement

Anyone ever done this themselves? My 86 is in need of one as well as a fender apron. Trying to save a few $ and do it myself but just checking to see if there are any tips you guys might have.

I've got a 93 coupe parts car, if you want to strip it for what you need. I won't even overcharge you.

Drill the spot welds enought to allow it to be removed... Then swap with another and fill in the spots/reweld them. Thats what we did on my coupe.

Easier then I thought it would be lol. Took a full day.
