I make sure to buy components when they are in stock, and I wasn't low... but the powder was there and easy to grab so I did before it becomes a problem again. I really don't shoot a lot anymore since all my guns were sadly lost in that tragic boating incident, but I like to have ammo components on hand as much as possible.

Walmart out in Albuquerque has been selling Perfecta 50rd boxes of brass cased .223 for $14.79 for the last couple of weeks. I was told its made by Fiocchi and a law enforcement friend here says he has great luck with it in his AR and Mini 14. I picked up several boxes over the last couple of weeks and think I may keep buying it as long as they keep it as it breaks down to about .29 cents a round.

Same here. I keep plentry of powder, primers, projectiles and brass on hand. Powder had been hard to get. Easier now but damn it got expensive per piund.
