        That's what my pops told me his best ever was. I might shoot for 320 just to satisfy evolution as I'm already 1" taller.

                I haven't had a supplement, even protein in a few months. I hate supplements.

                          Then you shouldn't be lifting that heavy. If you are wanting to make it count then condition your shoulders by using full range of motion reps with lighter weight. You will be fine.

                            I'm the same way, I have long ass arms and it puts way too much stress on my shoulders. I'm not in a power lifting compitition so I don't see the need to stress my shoulders going down 2 more inches. As long as you are seeing gains, and not injuring your self then I think its ok! Its a hell of a lot harder to stop a couple inches off your chest then to bounce it off like I see a lot of people do.
