Salvador receives medal. Democrat Congressmen and Obama's pals are on the first two rows of the ceremony. Obama gets to them first and does photo ops. Meanwhile, the family of Salvador and the families of the deceased soldiers he tried to save, the people who the ceremony is for, are on the third row.
