I sleep on my stomach and it took at good 3 weeks for me to get back to normal sleep position. I was extra careful with the lifting but after 4 weeks was back to normal.

I ate less food for awhile, lost some weight but am mostly back to normal now.

I had some indigestion troubles afterward especially with greasy food. Doc put me on bile salts for about 6 months after surgery and it helped till my body adjusted to not having a gall bladder.

I have read that people who have had their gallbladders removed should take bile salts. My gallbladder was removed many years ago, and no doctor has said I should take bile salts. Should I?...
