This was the beef wellington from Christmas, some of the best shit ever! Only pic I could find was on my iphone and the pic sucks.



The bacon candy I made as an appetizer on Christmas.



My Spaghetti sauce, this shit is AWESOME! Made from scratch including the Italian sausage my family makes from scratch as well.

It's meringue. It's just not a huge fluffy layer. I don't like a lot of meringue.
