I like that one. I don't mind tobasco either. There's some other good ones out there, but I'm always hesitant to try new ones.

if you can find it. Crystal Hot Sauce is great and it's just a better version of Louisiana Hot Sauce.

I found a handful of these bottles in a shelf in Agadez, Niger. It was the only thing that made food in town edible. Then they ran out and in a year haven'thad it again. I loved that stuff

Texas Pete is the go to in our DFAC unless they run out.

On fried chicken, I have to have Louisiana but I'm sure Crystal's would be just as good.

Sriracha from 2 years ago, recently it has an overpowering vinegar taste to it.

Haha, someone needs to make the hot sauce in the tag. Hell they name 'em everything else they can think of, why not that.

How about lets also talk about salsas. I've tried a few of the mom and pop brands, and some are quite good. However, I've noticed they tend to go "bad" a lot sooner. Like within a week. They'll taste sour, and have generally just lost that original good taste.

I like Julio's hot salsa with their chips but it does go bad 7-10 days after opening.
