Of course the guy was flailing. He couldn't breath.

If I was one of those people, I would have been looking for the nearest, heaviest, sharpest object to hit that fatass in the back of the head with instead of standing there screaming.

The thing is, the second you did that, said deputy would have suddenly remembered she was a cop and shot you because she feared for her life and the life of a family member because you would probably have had to push past her to hit him which means assaulting an officer.

Police should not have special protections either.

Glad they are going up on murder, they deserve it. It renews my faith in the system a little bit.

This. We've seen way too many of em getting away with stuff nobody should. Need to send a strong message to them. Also deport the hernandez family if they're illegal.
