Breaking Bad a good series to get into?

I had to suffer through the first part of season one but did get into it. Last night I saw season 2 episode 9. I watch one just about every night now so I finally did get into it. My favorite thing is it seems like theres some kind of crazy action or problems on every episode (after season 1). Game of thrones I love but some of the episodes were more boring because of the lack of action
