I was going to post this, but you really have to be a fan of it, it is very fatty. I love the shit though.

EDIT: I mainly mean the Pittsburg hot links, those little fat-filled lumps of heaven.

    /fatty drooling sounds

I'll have to check it out next time I'm down that way.

Meyer's is meh. Southside is where it's at.

I stop on my way to Austin every time I go and pick some up. Not that it will help the OP, but luling city market makes a very tasty sausage as well. The sauce is worth taking home a bottle.

Agreed, just throwing it out there. I grill the heck out of the Meyer's to dry it up a bunch.

I'm nowhere near there, and I go there for all kinds of cheeses, italian meats, etc. I like their dough and fresh pasta too. And usually load up on other stuff, like higher quality cannned tomatos and sauce, infused balsamics, etc. That place is awesome. I seem to get on a kick when I cook, like one week I'll eat nothing but Italian, one week is Mexican, etc. That way I don't have to make trips all the time. lol.

There appears to be an abundant amount of sausage at my going away party.

Hopefully someone will make with some whores!
