      I only use the finest duck butter, made from duck milk. (same process as almond milk, but with ducks)

          Damn this thing is awesome. Using the minion method I was able to get it to 275 +/-5 for almost 12 hours. Only the first hour of the cook was in the 250 to 260 range.

          Almost no adjustments were needed and the meat came out great. I'm super happy with the purchase so far.
