real talk though, he does A LOT for the city, Eminem as well. All of the artist who got put on from Detroit after the motown/rock city days, they pour a lot of money back into that city.

Kid Rock would have as much passion for his cause as i would for mine here in dallas. Like it or not, he is committed to it. I'd love to see it.

I don't doubt his passion for the welfare of his fellow Michiganders, I just doubt that there is quite enough solid red support in the state for him to actually get elected to anything statewide or higher.
