            You never know. I just always associate savory items with being smoked. Smoked dessert just sounds... wrong.

                    Since it is basically baking, shouldn't the temp be around 350? I mean, yea, you have smoke, but shouldn't it get to a higher temp to get a crispier finish?

                              I would go 350ish. But I wouldn't be smoking a cobbler, either.
