Just got a quote from home depot on gutter installation.

I haven't done this before, so if someone here on the board knows a little more on the subject I'm all ears.

This is who I used. I don't remember the footage or price but it was a lot cheaper than the others. He is a firefighter and this is his side business. He did several house for my uncle too in Gainesville/Lindsay.

I had RainFall Gutters do my house. They did a great job. I want to say I had about 225' of gutters with 7 single story downspouts and it was $1200ish. Paid an extra $300 and had the screen style leaf guards put on.

The OP's quote seems high as hell but there were 2 other companies that quoted a price similar to yours on my house.

I was thinking about getting another quote and trying to collect some data, but this will be a lot quicker with credible folks y'all have used.

Unfortunately his guy is currently working on a 2-3 month backlog, so just wanted to get a few other options is all.

Im currently getting my roof and decided on Acme Roof Systems. They offer gutters as well and priced it at $4 a foot. Just basic seamless aluminum gutters with downspouts. That's not including the leaf guards though.
