    Cool, thanks for the info. I'll do some more reading up on it but this spring would be a great time to tear my shop apart and do the work. Is install similar to regular batts of insulation where you just staple it to the board edges?

      It installs just like batts except that it is a friction fit inside the cavity, no staples needed. Use a long bread knife to cut to fit around pipes, wiring, or electrical boxes. It won't make you itch like fiberglass does but basic safety equipment such as gloves, long sleeves, and safety glasses should be worn when working with it.
