What modem do YOU use...

Going to stop renting and buy my own.

I am on Comcast/xfinity with their telephone service also.

Not afraid to spend a few bucks to get a good one but is it necessary for me? We get about 50 Mbps and best internet we can get is 75. So i do not need something magical speed wise just something that can for sure handle all the 75 we can use up!

Make sure you get one with the phone adapter already. Otherwise as long as it's DOCSIS 3.0 it should work.

I just bought that one as well. Went with an OOMA phone so did not have to have telephony one

Wow, what a great investment. went from 3 3Mbps....to over 50 consistently! I know you city folk think this is snail pace, but i am literally the last house on the furthermost line out of town...so low signal strength barely begins to describe my situation. I am very happy with this purchase!

Its similar to the google fiber but just with AT&T. I pay 130$ for 1gig download 1gig upload, U200 free HBO for 3 years, Free HD channels, Free wireless cable box and Free router.
