I take a slightly different approach. Instead of buying a bunch of ancillary components to each gun, I focus on getting more guns. Which is why I have a lot of guns but not a whole lot of mags. Just a different approach.

I used to have a few subscriptions but have let them all run out. I keep the last two or three years and throw the rest out.

<------------ 3 AR's, 2K rounds, 24 mags currently, but always adding mags and ammo whenever the price is right.

unless you run out of room

How many magazine's is too many ?

Ya can't have too many Playboys laying around
              Attached Files
Don't worry about what you can't change.
Do the best you can with what you have.
Be honest, even if it hurts.

I trip over footlockers full of magazines both at home and at my shop and advise all of you to buy as many as you can comfortably afford; none of you will regret it. So long as you don't buy during a panic you will not lose money.
                Frankly, nobody gives a fuck.

Denny's comment was about how you're always trying to one-up everyone. Your approach is childish and tiring. "I'm an engineer that can't engineer, I get a wholesale discount at Brownell's because I have a 2MM revenue business (that's child's play, btw) and I also scored a 172 on the LSAT but didn't get recruited by a single school." Fuck, man. You don't gotta lie to kick it. We don't care if all of that shit is true, and your constant insistence on one-upping tends to remove any and all credibility you may have, so a pile of people think you're full of shit. If that's how you want to be seen, congratulations it's working. If it's not, you need to rethink your approach.

If you REALLY scored a 172 on the LSAT a dipshit like me wouldn't have had to explain that to you.

In my humble opinion. ....if after the zombie apocalypse and all the zombies are dead, you still have one mag full of ammo....then that is one too many mags.

After the apocalypse, you'll still have to worry about people.

A dealer discount at Brownell's is nothing to get excited about. It basically covers shipping.
ZOMBIE REAGAN FOR PRESIDENT 2016!!! heh

I engineer for a living; daily. Do you think that you just dig a hole and fill it with water to build a pool?

A wholesale account at Brownells came from having an FFL for years but they will give them to anyone. Just call and ask for one and have a half ass excuses as to why and you will get it. The discounts on the own products is really good while the other stuff just saves you the effort of price shopping.

Recruited by a school? I am going to one of them now.

Most of us here share common interest. I am older then most of the posters here and have been doing the things that I comment on for awhile longer and have sunk quite a bit of money into those interest for a long time. Get me outside of what interest that I have and I have nothing to say. My interest are basically cars, guns, politics, physical fitness and freaky pussy.
