        Then you should understand why your question confuses me. Any municipality can pass an ordinance that overreaches the US constitution, or even the governing document of their respective state, on almost any issue. If the people of that that municipality disagree with the new ordinance, their lawful means of redress is through the court system.

            Indeed, very much a man of contrast. I was not aware that he was a reloader though. Very neat.
