COmputer Speakers Cut in and out.

Well Idk what it is. But both of my computer do it. When you play kind of video, the video is smooth but the audio kinda cuts in and out. I got a video of it if ya wanna see what im talking about.

Isn't that Youtube buffering? Does it cut in and out with other applications/music?

No it doesnt when music is played. Just videos of any website. Like ill let it load all the way, that way it doesnt have to buffer or anything. Still does it. ITs annoying as fuck. lol
