  • big ol tires on ma new ecoboost..

im wanting to put some tires on my truck. It has 3.55 gears would running 35s be too much? Im putting a 2.5" level on it and a tuner so it should make 450ft lbs to the tires through a 6 speed auto.
I was looking at toyo AT2s, what do you guys think?

I had nitto 305/55/20 (33's) on my 08 fx4 supercrew And it was fine, and we all know that old 5.4 was a dog. I'm sure you would be fine with the ecoboost.

    God bless.

My 35's rubbed too bad with my 2 1/2" Auto Spring leveling kit. I had to go suspension lift.

The factory super duty tires are a 275/65/20. They're over 34" diameter, but narrow enough not to rub so bad. Might look into that size

The take-off Michelins I put on my F250 were taller than the 1/2 worn 35/12.50 Toyos that came off of it.

Those are well proportioned to your ride height.. I think you made a good call. Too many people try to wedge in the biggest tire possible but without the right amount of lift it looks silly / useless IMO.

Looks good! I have an ingot silver '13.. love that thing.

Curious to see how much ithey hurt your mpg.. when i put some M55's on my old '12 f350 it took the mpg down ~1.2 or so.
