Buying new graphix card today, need help

I am looking at GTX 980 Ti cards and the one I am looking at there are several variations. I need help deciding what is what here as I don't know what it the best one. The price is all so close I just want the best one in this bunch... Which one is it?

The MSI coolers are the best ones on the market, right now, unless you want to spend $70 extra to get the EVGA Hybrid one with the closed-loop water cooler:

EVGA's cooler designs (the fans and heat sink) on the non-water-cooled GTX 900 series cards has been shown to not cool as efficiently as some other manufacturers, and there are hundreds of pissed off people that have had the cooler stop working or break completely. MSI's cooler design is the best of the current GTX 900 series cards.

MSI support has been awesome for me in the past. I haven't had any issues with their products recently, so it may be different, now.

With that EVGA...I supposed you need a free fan mount somewhere? And how long are the tubes for that?
