            DPD will hire just about anyone with a pulse because the job sucks so bad. This is just a result of that.

                Symptomatic of a profession that has taken a lot of hits from some really bad cops doing stupid shit. Combined with the last administration's war on cops (continued with Kopernut and nIKE)... They can't hire enough, much less enough "great" people..
                Hell, look at Bear County Sherriff's office. in 2018 they have had 17 deputies/employees arrested. 17 in 9 months, jeez.
