      • I also have this gun I inherited... It was my grandpa's uncle's service piece, the best the family can remember anyway. It was made in 1945 best I can tell.

              • I believe so, that is where some confusion comes in on my part. I've asked some and they said yes, then others look at my funny and say "of course not". My grandma says she has pictures of him in uniform somewhere.

                  The webleys and enfields were standard issue for the Brit. Awesome guns, I have a small collection of them. He may have brought it back from a British soldier, such as a trade or what not.

                  • I snagged one of those off a pile of a weapons cache we were about blow up. I held onto it the entire deployment and tried like hell to sneak it back. I ended up not being able to pull it off.

                    Dude it has "WAR FINISH" on the side. Thats awesome.
