65 gt abandoned??? plate ran please.

so there has been a 65 stang with a flat tire sitting on my street since sunday. any chance someone could get me the owners info so i can call and see if it was stolen or something?? its far to nice to be left for dead because of a flat. i posted pics on the oldschool dfwstangs facebook.
