    Veal

    There isn't a Central Market, Market Street, Whole Foods, etc anywhere near my house, and I don't feel like driving to BFE to get what I'm looking for.


    Anyone know where to get veal scallopini or veal cutlets besides the places mentioned above, around the Las Colinas area? My local Tom Thumb keeps lamb in stock, but not veal. And I could order it I'm sure, but I don't want to wait, nor do I want to order more than I need and freeze the rest. Veal is best fresh.

            Break yourself in easy. Order some veal picatta, veal marsala, or veal parm at an Italian joint. Then you can step up to some veal chops, vitto saltimbocca, and osso bucco!

                Bitch, did you not read the post? I'm trying to find a store around here that carries it, so I don't have to drive over by Love Field or farther for a Whole Foods or Central Market. I know what restaurants to go to, dick licker!

                  There is a Sprouts grocery store at Denton tap and Sandy Lake in Coppell, sometimes they have it but not always. Not much help I know, maybe you could call them???

                    I've never even paid attention to the meat counter there. I'll have to check it out. I get veggies from there occasionally. Thanks Al!

                      Brent, the Central Market in Southlake isn't that far from you, is it? That's the one we hit. It's less than 20 mins from my place.
