Buddy of mine from back in the Blockbuster days was always trying to get me to watch that movie. Now that it's right at my fingertips, I just might watch it this weekend.

I just watched all four seasons of "The Guild" -- it is about a group of online gamers and is pretty well done. If I understand correctly, it was originally aired as webisodes and each segment is about 10 minutes long, but if you watch the streaming, they put it all together and each "season" is about an hour and a half total. Its quirky and funny and worth a look.

                      Brothers

When traumatized Capt. Sam Cahill (Golden Globe nominee Tobey Maguire) returns home from a military mission in Afghanistan after he is presumed dead, he becomes obsessed with the idea that his brother (Jake Gyllenhaal) and his wife (Natalie Portman) have a relationship. Sam Shepard, Bailee Madison, Taylor Geare and Mare Winningham co-star in this wartime drama about human frailty and battles fought on the home front. Jim Sheridan directs.

                      Daybreakers

Earth's population is up against a vicious plague that's transforming everyone into vampires and draining the world of an increasingly precious resource: blood. Edward Dalton (Ethan Hawke) and "Elvis" Cormac (Willem Dafoe) must decide what happens next. As the human race count nears zero, will vampires feast on the few men and women who remain, or could science hold the key to a less destructive solution? Sam Neill and Claudia Karvan co-star.

Daybreakers, I actually liked a LOT more than I thought I would.
