you posted a low-fat recipe as unhealthy? By no means am i complaining since I want one of those planes from your underground bunker, but its opposite of what your title states.

I saw that after I posted it. I guess it will require more bacon, ranch, and a deep fryer.

I have to wait for a good rain, soaking the holes in water didn't do anything. I am thinking there is some kind of underground water supply taking most of the dirt. I still have hope, there will be planes.

One of the most unhealthy meals I've made lately.

        Chicken Wings
-Coated in Louisiana hot sauce mixed with melted butter
-Mixed ranch and sour cream for a dipping sauce
        Pinwheel Steaks
-Cheap steak wrapped around cream chz and spinach
        Slider Burgers
-Chz and bacon mixed in with the ground meat
-Served on buttered and grilled rolls
        Stuffed baked potatoes
-stuffed with cream chz, grated chz and some diced opas
        Opas Jalapeno Chz Sausage

12-15 jalapeño peppers halved (long ways) and cleaned out.
2 containers of Philidelphia cream cheese the round 8 oz ones. I like sour cream and chive flavor
              Bacon. Hickory or applewood
1 can sliced pineapple 15 oz

Slice the peppers longways in half
Save seeds for spice factor. I use about a quarter to half of the seeds in the mix. I want it hotter then most.
Stir seeds into the cream cheese along with some of the pineapple juice from the can (not to much or it gets runny)

Spoon cream cheese into the peppers and top with a cut to size slice of bacon.

Top with pineapple and it is ready to go.

Use a veggie grill tray or tinfoil on the BBQ. I run it between 375 and 400. Cook till bacon is done and serve.

              Variations to taste

Just cream cheese filled peppers with bacon on top
Pineapple on top with no juice in the cream cheese mix
Or different toppings with the cream cheese filled peppers as a base

Every variation is good but I stick with what I typed on top.

**** edit of late I have been running the grill hotter 500-550ish for these and use medium size peppers. Makes them bite size plus coat the foil with olive oil

Nice! I really enjoyed them as well. I am working on a new Chili recipe today, will report back in when it's done.
