Default 1991 ZR-1 projects

Anyone interested in the fairly mundane things I'm doing to my '91 ZR-1? I've done a lot of interior repair and resto lately. I'm putting in new door panels soon. I'm about to tear into the air intake side of the engine and do a few odds and ends to fix some oil seals, PCV leaks too. I also have custom wheels on order. I may end up doing headers and mild porting stuff well into the future too. If anyone is interested in a pretty boring and mundane GM project, I'll throw up a few photos on occasion. I have a few already.

I highly recommend avoiding the GM Bose stereo system at all costs.

Go for it, I'll be interested. My brother has a 90 with a ported upper intake, cat back and a tune.

I love those things. My uncle had a 94 when it was new. Had it for about a year and roughly 5,000 Mikes before he rolled it 6 times.

I have some photos for the woes I've addressed already. I will post them up soon with some explanation. I also have a few projects in the works too. If there is a common problem that is prone to C4 Corvettes the ZR-1 has them too. I've been dealing with lots of C4 BS so far.

I bought the car last June. It really had all of the typical C4 maladies. The first annoying thing was the barely readable LCD dash. It was a pretty easy fix thanks to the corvette forum and a few YouTube vids. Taking the cluster out was a bit of a pain and removing the old film without damaging the LCD was worrisome, but the results were worth the effort.

Original faded look.

YouTube video on repair process.

My now much more readable LCD. After fixing the LCD I figured out my fuel level sender wasn't working, another normal C4 problem.

P.S. Here is what she looked like a few weeks after I got her and had her washed.

If you're a retard best to keep your fucking mouth shut, then open it and remove all doubt.

Take it easy on the Vette boy's. They are a different level of people. They also get sand in their snatch very easily.
