Roughly $2-$4sqft. I paid $1850 for mine and that was the best deal I could find.

Update On the shop now that I keep cramming more shit in Haha. Few shots of the office. I like it ok, but it’s needs a mini split AC in a bad way. I also had to get a dehumidifier for humid days, because it was sweating so bad in there. Some days I had to squeegee water out the door.

I hate you, simply because it is not mine.

I'm glad this came up. We just put a deposit on a new build in Caddo Mills on 1 acre and we will be building a shop. I'm trying to decide how big we want to go. I want room to pull the truck in to work on it, and park if necessary. I need a room for the lasers, a room for the wood shop and a spray booth (small paint projects), and the yard equipment. This helps me get a visual.

                    Its looking dang good!

I should have gone 30x40 atleast. Definatly don’t skimp on the wall height.

                        I was planning 12'

They had a pad poured for a 30x50, which seems much bigger than I need. I was thinking 30x40. I need to do a layout and see how it sets up.

                          Shop

30X40 here with 14' side walls and 10X12 doors front and back. Makes it usable for RV's if/when I sell.

I used 12 foot walls with 10 foot doors on my building.... and wouldn't you know it... the bucket truck I just bought is about 6" too tall to get through the door. Arrrrggh!!

That's a lot of air to let out and fill back up each time
