You can complain to the manager, or confront the guy and get kicked out of the store and the po-lice called on you. Could complain to cops, they won't do squat. For something like this only take the wheels in using a different car.

I rarely drive out with a customers car for a test. Even doing inspections or bringing it in the shop I won't rev it. Never know if the customer is watching and also with the dash cams.

Not worth a potential meeting in which I get an ear full.
