RIP Luis Flores (Osiris)
On Monday, September 3, 2012, Highland Village Police Officer Luis Flores was found deceased at his Carrollton residence. Officer Flores has been with the Highland Village Police Department since 2008. "It is with a very heavy heart that we report the loss of one of our family members. Luis Flores was an officer of character and integrity, he will be sorely missed. Our prayers are with his family." -City Manager Michael Leavitt
He was a good friend, co-worker, and brother in blue. He will be missed. |

He was at our summer picnic in Highland Village a few weeks ago. Even though I've talked to him via text and on here hes never led on any type of problms like that, fuck this is fucking sad. Ive known him since he was about 19, fucking shit!
