Its too early to get rid of either one, they both need time to make all the personel changes they feel they need to make. Alot of this team is Wade's and Jerry's still. There are so many holes in this team its crazy we got this far. Honestly, I feel Jason was part of the issue when Wade was here but as a head coach, you have to give the guy a chance.

Yeah, Id be real suprised if he let his ass go. We are going to have to suck something fierce, like 3-13. We will then be able to pick up a nice draft pick or 4 and begin to rebuild. Romo is good but he cant win it by himself and the coach can't seem to call the plays we need when we need them. Rob Ryan is good but he doen't have the players, for one Newman has to go. We need a shut down corner and safety the likes of (dare I say it!) Troy P. If we can get a decent running game to take the heat of of Romo and red headed jesus, we might be halfway decent.

I agree with all this. Every team can stand some improvement, but the Dallas secondary has been painfully exposed all season long.

JJ is already on record saying he doesn't want to keep getting rid of coach too early in their tenure.

He also said Wade and Parcells were safe. With Wade it was as soon as a week after saying he was safe.

At the very least, JJ could force him to bring in an OC that knows how to run an offense for a change. He could also open his eyes and see that he's going to have to lay out some cash and perhaps get rid of some players to get players at positions they need. Winning is only going to solidify his stance on Garrett, when reality is that he needs to change his stance on Garrett.
