He is a punk that is causing discord through the whole team, he needs to be benched for a while to show him some humility and that the team doesn't revolve around him.

There's a difference between passion and being a cry baby. You don't see Megatron being a baby for not getting passes or slamming his helmet for dropping passes.
Passion does not equal temper tantrums when things don't go your way.
I don't think trading him is the answer, but if the Cowboys actually had a coach with some balls, he would bench his ass for acting like a fool.
